We are ChyChy's Healthcare & Medical Supply, LLC!
ChyChy’s Healthcare & Medical Supply, LLC is a CARF Accredited & Georgia State Department of Community Health Certified Organization that provides Personal Care Support, Skilled Nursing, and Community based Services. We are located in the Lithia Springs area servicing metro-Atlanta and beyond! With over fourteen years of experience behind us, we pride ourselves on the quality of care and prompt attention we provide our clients and their families. Our compassionate, dedicated professionals, and well-trained team offers a wide range of services, rendered by Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) who are supervised by experienced Registered Nurses and other support professionals. Skilled nursing services are provided by our Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN). We accept clients under the care of a licensed attending physician and per individual request for personal care services without regard to race, national origin, marital status, religious preference, sex, age, sexual orientation, or disability.
ChyChy’s Healthcare & Medical Supply, LLC offers excellent and compassionate personal care and Skilled Nursing services to clients in the safety and comfort of their homes, and in a 24/7 supervised group-home setting.
