ChyChy’s Healthcare & Medical Supply, LLC provides skilled nursing services by state board certified Registered nurses (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) in accordance with the attending physician’s plan of treatment. Our nurses provide restorative and rehabilitative services, assessment, and regular reassessment of the nursing needs of the client throughout the course of care. Registered nurses monitor services provided by our direct care staff or Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) on regular basis to ensure that services are delivered according to the individual care plan.

ChyChy’s Healthcare & Medical Supply, LLC provides in the safety and comfort of the clients’ homes adequate, and quality SOURCE (Services Options Using Resources in Community Environments) Personal Care Services & Companion Sitting Services for Georgia residents who are elderly (65+) or younger if physically disabled and are at risk of nursing home placement, under the supervision of a certified Registered Nurse (RN), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) are available to help with Assistance and or training with daily living skills, personal care services, and general housekeeping. 

Under GAPP, ChyChy’s Healthcare & Medical Supply, LLC provides in-home Skilled nursing and Personal Care Services for children under 21. Families can qualify for GAPP through Medicaid or the TEFRA/Katie Beckett program. ‘’Katie Beckett Waiver, or Deeming Waiver, is an eligibility category for Medicaid for children under the age of 18. The Katie Beckett Waiver takes parents’ income out of the picture and bases the decision on the child’s needs. If the child qualifies for the Katie Beckett Waiver, they become eligible for services available under the regular state Medicaid plan. 

ChyChy’s Healthcare & Medical Supply, LLC provides in the safety and comfort of the clients’ homes adequate, and quality CCSP Personal Care Services & Companion Sitting Services for approved elderly and / or disabled clients who are functionally impaired, and at risk of nursing home admittance to prevent and / or delay the need for nursing home care.  Under the supervision of a certified Registered Nurse (RN), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) are available to help with Assistance and or training with daily living skills, personal care Services, and general housekeeping.  

ChyChy's Healthcare & Medical Supply, LLC., provides services to adult Medicaid members with physical disabilities that live in their own homes or in the community instead of hospitals or nursing homes. ICWP services are also available for persons with traumatic brain injuries (TBI) who have a severe physical impairment that limits them to accomplish one or more activities of daily living.

ChyChy's Healthcare & Medical Supply, LLC provides services for individuals who are in need of assistance with daily activities. 

Our caregivers have been specifically trained to help with daily activities and are competent to perform the assigned task. They have been trained on how to show compassion when caring for the sick. They have been taught to ensure quality and safe delivery of personal care services including ambulation/transfer, bathing and grooming, oral hygiene, incontinence care, medication reminder, light housekeeping, hair care, toileting, errand running, medical appointment, and meal preparation. These caregivers do not require prior training/credentials. 

NOW/COMP are for eligible people with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities who require an intermediate care facility.  NOW offers services and support to enable individuals to remain living on their own or in their family home and participate in the community.   COMP serves individuals with more intensive needs, primarily those with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities who require residential care.

We provide Community Residential Alternatives (CRA) to individuals in the comfort of structured home setting environment with 24-hour supervision. CRA homes are designed to provide the comfort of a home setting with a care provider and one to three roommates. We strategically address the needs and desires of individuals served by providing monthly nursing visits by a registered nurse, monthly direct support professional home visits and bi-weekly visits by the office manager to ensure that all needs, hopes and desires of the clients are addressed by the agency.

NOW/COMP includes: CLS, Respite, CRA, CAI, BSM 

Get paid by caring for your loved family member safely and at home, stay together, with peace of mind through the Structured Family Caregiver Program. We equip you with the required training, provide ongoing clinical experience supervision and health coach for day-to-day communication and coaching from our Registered Nurse. We liaison with case management to deliver utmost care and service to our client. 

The client requires to Assistance with Daily Living activities (ADL) e.g., feeding, dressing, bathing, etc., Lives with the person providing their daily care, requires up to five or more hours of care daily. Family member caregiver requires: Dedicated family member with no other employment. You will be trained to receive a stipend as a non-employee 1099 contractor. 

ChyChy's Adult Day Care program is centered on providing interactive activities through social and intellectual methods. ChyChy's Adult Day Care is staffed with individuals motivated and flexible to engage the group through various activities. ChyChy's Adult Day Care provides various instruments and updated technology to better meet the needs of each person in the group.
